The artist has a therapeutic agenda. Working with performance, happenings, small scale events and ephemeral installation, Elizabeth's practice uses light to positively enhance a space. The body of work explores aesthetic gestures and simple acts that promote heightened states of consciousness and self flow. The work aims to create a moment to be cherished or a surprising encounter to 'appear' to the viewer.

The pieces are experience based, and concerned with finding triggers to experience the present. The artists research parallels itself with theorists such as Levin, and his ontological reflections that, 'engage us in the opening wholeness of being'.
